** ENLIGHTENING CUPID EFFECTS! **
TYPE 1:
Eros: passionate physical and emotional love based on aesthetic enjoyment.
Problem: Expectations -->> Arguments -->> Hurting Ego/Self Respect >> Out of Commitment.
Solution :
1. Pessimistic: wanders for "Ludus.".
2. Optimistic: looks for "Storge" or "pragma.". He understands that "Agape" cannot be a part of the relationship feasibility matrix.
TYPE 2:
Ludus: A love that is played as a game or sport; conquest; may have multiple partners at once.
Example: Casanova, Kings.
Problem: Materialistic things do not last for long.
Solution :
1. Pessimistic: They look for "Agape" or "Mania." And to know what happens after that, stay tuned.
2. Optimistic: They continue falling into the recursive loop of looking for "Ludus.".
TYPE 3:
Pragma: love that is driven by the head, not the heart; undemonstrative
Problem : Way too practical. Too much practicality spoils the essence of a relationship.
Solution :
1. Pessimistic: Search for "Pragma" again!
2. Optimistic: Look for "Storge" or "Eros"
TYPE 4:
Mania: obsessive love; experiencing great emotional highs and lows; very possessive and often jealous lovers.
Problem: Possessiveness, Insecurity, Dominance
Solution :
1. Optimistic: Look for "Storge"/"Eros"/"Pragma".
2. Pessimistic: They look for Ludus because they believe no one is worthy of being loved or taken care of.
TYPE 5:
Agape: selfless, altruistic love.
Problem : Everything that reaches its peak point soon, reaches its break point very soon as well.
Solution:
1. Pessimistic: Quit! >.<.
2. Optimistic: Looks for "Agape"
TYPE 6:
Storge: An affectionate love that slowly develops from friendship, based on similarity.
Though there is nothing perfect in this imperfect world, this category is the best of all. It gives you time to understand and know each other's strengths and weaknesses.
Problem: They are too good for each other.
Solution:
1. Pessimistic: Quits or looks for Pragma to transform it into Storge!.
2. Optimistic: Looks for Storge again.
